Florence Marang'a
Co Founder and General Manager
I keep an impressive number of plates spinning at all times. With my human resources hat on, I manage the office personnel ensuring adequate resources at all times. I attend managerial meetings, respond to heaps of correspondence, do our weekly food shop and ensure the team is watered and fed!
I am extremely proud of the team that we have built. There is a real ‘feel good’ factor here and every member of the team works extremely hard to ensure that we give the best possible service. I genuinely believe that this atmosphere translates itself into the manner in which we handle our customers and why many new customers choose Joypat over our competitors.

I incorporate my faith in all I do including my approach to leadership. As a Christian values-based leader, I have created an environment that allows our staff to feel empowered to deliver outstanding customer service and results.
A former Inspector of Police, Mrs. Marang’a is renowned in the town having spent over a decade managing a team of traffic officers in and around Nakuru.

I'm a very calm and passionate Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) who strives always to bring the best out of my Learners and develop their strengths and weaknesses to enable them to pass the test with minimal faults.
I can assure you that your driving instructor is fully focused on road safety and correct road procedure because I am determined to help you pass your test the first time and become a safe driver for life.
I have over 20 years driving experience, I have been an Instructor for over 10 years. I am very meticulous in my Instructing and adapt my teaching to individual learners as we are all different and have different ways of learning.

I am a fully qualified driving instructor and have been with Joypat for a number of years. I love my job and there is nothing better than getting people to pass.
I really love my job as a driving instructor as I get to meet new people all the time.
It’s very rewarding to see a learner progress and pass due to your tuition. I have had loads of first time passes. Learning to drive can be a very scary endeavour, but rest assured I will never ask you to do anything I don't think you can do!!

I have always had a passion for motorcycles and cars having owned so many that I've lost count. I think this is where my passion to become a driving instructor has come from. Being able to use my lifetime of driving skills to help others become safe and confident drivers.
I have always felt being an instructor has given me a great deal of satisfaction from helping my pupils in their journey through to becoming a qualified driver. I like to think my patience and relaxed attitude makes for a much easier way of learning to drive. I try to make lessons both enjoyable and educational as I feel this yields the best results.I have over tens of hundreds of test passes to my name.
I am a very experienced Instructor but I always remember that we were all learners once and were on the same learning road.

I became a driving instructor because I wanted a job with real satisfaction and there is nothing better than seeing someone pass their driving test. I was also told by friends and work colleagues that I was a calm and relaxed type of person and that I would be great at it.
Joypat offers me that opportunity to use my natural gifts and what I've learnt over the years, coupled with the latest coaching techniques, to instruct safe, high standards of driving and instil the responsibility you must have as a Test Passed Driver.

Mary Njeri Kuria
Administration Officer
Mary is the first face you are likely to see when you visit our head office in town. With over 10 years of administrative service, Mary spends her day at the front office take care of all of Joypat's administrative needs so that the team can focus on the students without distraction.
I love what I do because over the years I have gained exceptional administrative skills that come in handy with Joypat’s day-to-day activities. I am keen to ensure that all office processes and functions run smoothly and efficiently. My passion is also helping our clients and our team here be organised, effective and successful.
